We need to find ways to stay connected with our community. No one should feel alone or without the information, support and help they need. Itβs okay to feel unstable. Itβs okay to need help. Itβs okay not to be okay. Please take care of yourself. Make your mental health a priority!
Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.

Mental health matters are not being met with any seriousness in Nigeria. Citizens only recognise that lunatic on their stress are a mental person but never care enough to investigate and know what courses it or how to manage or prevent it.
For me, beating you wife/husband anytime you have arguments is a mental health issues, belittling people is a mental health issues, jumping traffic light when it’s red is a mental health issues and in Africa ( Nigeria ) the biggest mental health issues is embezzling public money…
At home it mostly happens like this, the father shout’s and beats the mother; mother shout’s and beat the child/children; the child/children practise it on their school friend or mates; then they get married and the circle starts again.
We should watch out for our love one’s that are undergoing mental abuse and speak for them before lifes are damaged or lost.
