   Happiness is often free, this is one area of our lives we have control over. In the face of unpalatable circumstances, I will choose to remain happy. Difficult but if I succeed in remaining happy, I become more relaxed to think of solutions to those troubles. Worries will only get me more worked up anyway so why won’t I cast my worries on God because I know He’s concerned about me. I’ve tried it and it works like magic!
