Stay away from negative people. They spread negativity. They criticse you and others. They contaminate your energy.

It is very important to surround yourself with the people who inspire, encourage and love you for who you are.
Maintain friendships with people who look at the world with optimism. Practice replacing negative thoughts with positive thoughts. Remind yourself what’s good in your life and try to adopt a positive mindset!
