The theme for this year’s Mental Health Awareness week is “Movement: Moving more for mental health.”
This aims to tackle stigma and provide people with the information and tools to understand and prioritise their own mental health.

Being physically active is great for our bodies and our minds. Exercise has been proven to reduce anxiety and depression.
