One thing I’ve learned in life is never to expect anything in return when you’re helping someone. Just do it with a good heart. You should help people even when you know they can’t help you back. You can only do your best. And if they can’t appreciate that, it’s their problem and not yours. Just be kind for we are here in this world just for a while. So let us be thankful for the kind-hearted people who have touched our lives.

That’s so true, we rise by lifting others. The good thing about it is that kindness is contagious and is usually passed around till it eventually returns to it’s starting point so why not make someone smile today if you can ….. it’s a small deed which costs next to nothing. Have a blessed week ahead everybody.

Lifting people’s life is the best thing that gives joy to human beings. Life without lifting people is like playing football without training the young stars, when you old your club will no longer function.
