in place of worrying and thinking too much about problems we are undergoing, due think of the solutions and fantasize as it has been solved at you liesure time.

I feel it’s just in the human nature to worry. Surely it doesn’t solve the problems but sometimes in those moments of worrying one thinks extensively and gets to ponder different scenarios and in one of such scenarios might come a solution to the problem. So it’s okay to worry… but just a little bit, once it”s getting unhealthy… just stop! As the famous saying goes … TOO MUCH OF ANYTHING… IS BAD!
