There’s no better time than this when we need solidarity to fight this Corona Virus scourge presenting itself as a ‘common enemy’ of mankind.

Frequent washing with soap, sanitizing of the hands with alcohol-based sanitizers and disinfecting often touched-surfaces are necessary.
Keeping at least 1 metre apart from other people as advised by WHO is key.
Isolating oneself and subsequent calling of the NHS or relevant authorities if one feels the symptoms such as fever, dry cough and difficulty in breathing is equally important.
Many lives including ours and that of the frontline workers will be protected if we stay at home as this will limit the spread of this ‘common enemy’.
It’s easy to slip into depression at this time of lockdown but remember to always stay positive and devoid of negativities from people or otherwise.
This isolation isn’t good for everyone’s mental health so please take care of yourself ! You might just feel better by putting on some good music and dancing around for a bit ( I do that alot π π)

Take advantage of this time to bond with your family; call your parents, family members and friends.
Take enough fruits and eat healthy in general; try catching up with some fun exercises; take a short walk while observing the social distancing.
Write a book, read a book for yourself or to the children; watch that film you’ve been longing to see.
Be creative as much as you can with this time.
It is a time to retrospect about things that are of value and that really matter in life such as being alive and also the family.
Be encouraged! This time will not last forever. Keep smiling in tough situations like this! Stay strong and stay safe! π
