The theme for this year’s Mental Health Awareness week is loneliness. We need to find ways to stay connected with our community. No one should feel alone or without the information, support and help they need. Itβs okay to feel unstable. Itβs okay to need help. Itβs okay not to be okay. Please take care of yourself. Make your mental health a priority!

Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.
It’s important to take care of yourself. Your mental health matters!

Enough can not be said about this topic. So many life problems can be traced to our mental health, or lack there of. If we do not guard our minds we become vulnerable to physical, spiritual, psychological, financial, relationship and social deficits. As always, thanks Nikky for focusing on the important conversations π€
