To the teacher who constantly shares a smile.

To the next seat friends, we make after several fights.

You are the reason we jump off our beds excited to pick up the play fights where we left it off a day prior.

To the information’s we are chocked with on daily basis

We would keep trying to decipher.

To our favorite school truck driver

Your horn gives us nagging heads, but I would keep showing up to be picked.

To the sumptuous breakfast packs accompanying our frowned faces you are the testament to the tenderness of our mother’s hearts.

To the greeters at our gates faking a joke to distract us as we watch our parents depart

Thank you for all you do.

To the caregivers in school compounds, you are the reason we haven’t lost our zeal

To the teachers having to repeat themselves countless times till we grasp the lessons

Thank you for not giving up on us.

To the counselors and subject teachers your relentless efforts are unmatched

To the giver of life, thank you for the free pass to sleep and wake to a new orison.

To the grand commander of the universe, you lead the way, and we all follow.

To the angels at work overtime looking over our kids

Thank you for all you do.

To the Lord Almighty, who holds time and seasons in his hands

Please watch over our kids.

Please guide and protect them. Keep them free from danger and any harm.

Lord, Please help our children grow in wisdom, and in stature, and in favour of you and others this year.

Bless their teachers with wisdom, understanding, and a heart to serve as they embark on the journey together 🙏🏻❤️
