Mental health is definitely one of the most important parts of our livea for if we’re not in a sound mental state it’s hard for us to function as normal human beings. Let’s come together and fight for this together. It might just be a phone call to a loved one who just suddenly stopped communicating, do your bit …reach out to people because we never know what each of us are secretly going through …and before it’s too late… before that person decides to make that irreversible decision on their lives….who knows, maybe it’s your phone call that would eventually save d day. Be your brother’s/ sister’s keeper. Mental health is important!

Mental illness is very important to understand it because most people believe until one is walking around naked which happens not to be totally correct.
Dissociation is the ultimate form of human response to chronic developmental stress, because patients with dissociative disorders report the highest frequency of childhood abuse and/or neglect among all psychiatric disorders. The cardinal feature of dissociation is a disruption in one or more mental functions. Dissociative amnesia, depersonalisation, derealization, identity confusion, and identity alterations are core phenomena of dissociative psychopathology. One of the greatest tragedies in life is to lose your own sense of self and accept the version of you that is expected by everyone else you come across in authority or a lover.
